Salon Policy

Hermosa Salon NC prides ourselves in providing you with exceptional service and quality customer care. We uphold the highest standard in professionalism, education and experience and will provide you with the best hair care service possible.

Menu prices listed in the Service Menu are base prices. The price of your service may vary from the listed price based on the service(s) you receive, as well as the length of your hair. Your stylist will inform you of the price before she begins your service. Payment for salon services is expected to be paid at the time of service.

Consultations for all hair services are offered free of charge and are highly recommended for first time clients and for chemical services. During the consultation, should there be any previous over-processing due to prior chemical services, heat damage, or any other issues with your hair that may affect the outcome of your hair service, you will be made aware before your service is started and you will need to disclose the same information as well .Stylist have a right to refuse performing service as see fit to preserve the integrity of the hair by avoiding further damage.

24 hour cancellation notice on all appointments .  If you are 15 minutes late for an appointment you will be expected to reschedule.  If a client schedules an appointment for a service that requires a deposit, the deposit is due immediately when requesting an appointment.  You may elect to pay your deposit online through the appointment booking system and/or only when stylist is available you may come in to the salon during normal business hours to pay your deposit.   If an appointment Deposit is required when booking, that deposit will be deducted from final bill/when appointment is kept.  Deposits that are required for scheduled services are NON-Refundable* for NO-SHOWS and last minute cancellations. All prices and services are subject to change without notice.  

We ask that you show up to your scheduled appointment at the time of your appointment.  Client services are booked per service time meaning that there will only be one client serviced at any given time and that all services are scheduled according to the time that it takes to complete.  This will ensure that each and every client receives the best service and privacy.  This also creates one on one personal time with client and stylist.

 We also ask that if you need multiple services to please book them at the same time.  Service changes will not be allowed the day of service.  If you need to add additional services the day of a scheduled appointment you may be asked to reschedule when time permits.

RE-Installing Previously Used Hair

If you choose to reinstall previously installed Virgin Hair please have hair shampooed, conditioned and ready for install.  If you are scheduled to have a install removed the same day as a re-install you will be charged a Reconditioning fee to service bundled hair before service. Please schedule these services accordingly.

We do not issue refunds on salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify your stylist within three days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, at that time the stylist will come up with a reasonable resolution to satisfy the issue at hand.

NEW SERVICE POLICY EFFECTIVE JANUARY 2017

 All new clients wishing to schedule an appointment for Hair color, Highlights, Extensions and / or other Chemical services will be required to pay a $50.00 service deposit.  This cost will be deducted from the final bill on the service date.  All deposits are non- refundable and non transferable.  Service deposit are due immediately upon booking.
